Xbox just revealed a massive May lineup for Game Pass. The ten-game expansion arrives alongside a surprise price drop for Ultimate and PC subscribers.
Xbox has had a rollercoaster ride so far, with a turn of events in the pricing of the Xbox Game Pass. Back at the end of 2025, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate saw a surge in its price, increasing to a price point of $30.
But it all seems to be changing now, with the new CEO, Asha Sharma, stepping in with good news. She and her team decided to reduce the price of both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass from $29.99 to $22.99 and from $16.49 to $13.99 per month, respectively.
Now, these are titles that have been confirmed so far to drop in May as Xbox Game Pass titles.

These are some of the titles that have been announced to come out in May for the Xbox Game Pass. Although this isn't the full lineup yet, there are some pretty enthralling titles that players can enjoy, with many of them dropping as day-one titles.
Of course, there are some games that you just can't ignore, which make May an absolute banger of a month for the subscribers.
But those who are subscribed to the lower tiers of Game Pass will not be able to play day-one launches, but there are still games for everyone to choose from.
Best Games of May On Xbox Game Pass
While all the titles are pretty amazing, there are some standouts that we think you all should consider playing as soon as they drop.
Forza Horizon 6
First up is, for sure, one of Xbox's own titles from the critically acclaimed series Forza Horizon.
You'll get to explore Japan and the beautiful neon streets of Tokyo this time around, along with some bamboo forests and mountains to push your supercar to the limit.
Subnautica 2
The famous underwater survival adventure game is receiving its sequel, and it's bound to be more riveting than ever, featuring an all-new alien ocean world.
Final Fantasy V
Players will be able to experience one of the most iconic RPG franchises in gaming. The game follows a young man and his Chocobo trying to rescue the King of Tycoon and revive the crystals on which the world depends.
Call of the Elder Gods
Call of the Elder Gods is a day-one launch title. It is a first-person narrative puzzle adventure game and is also a sequel to Call of the Sea. Set out 30 years after the first part, players will control Evangeline Drayton and solve a bunch of puzzles while exploring themes like sanity and grief.
Mixtape
Annapurna Interactive's game takes a fresh approach towards indie games, with three friends exploring a mixtape and living in a world full of slow-paced, relaxed experiences. Players will feel like they are a part of this music-driven story as they explore this coming-of-age title.
These are the titles coming to Xbox Game Pass this upcoming month of May, and fans can enjoy them if they are subscribed to the aforementioned Game Pass tiers.
