Xbox Game Pass is closing out March with one of its more varied updates, adding eight games that range from heavy RPGs to survival horror and casual picks.

Big Additions and Tier Changes

Disco Elysium: The Final Cut uses an “inner voice” system where different parts of your mind interfere with how you think and respond, so most of the experience plays out through conversations and skill checks rather than combat.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth takes the series outside Japan for the first time. It keeps the turn-based combat, but a lot of the appeal still comes from the side content and how much time it spends on its characters.

Absolum arrives as a new action-focused title built around fast-paced combat and progression systems. It emphasizes direct gameplay and upgrade loops.

Nova Roma enters the list as a day-one Game Preview title. It is a city-building sim set in ancient Rome where players develop a settlement while managing resources and expansion.

The Long Dark offers a grounded survival experience focused on realism and isolation. With limited supplies, players must manage their hunger and temperature. Every decision consequently impacts the players' survival.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is a first-person survival horror game. It focuses on tension and exploration along with limited resources instead of action-heavy gameplay.

Barbie Horse Trails is a casual, family-friendly game focused on horse riding and light exploration. It keeps things simple with straightforward objectives and an easy-to-follow structure.

Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster updates the classic JRPG with improved visuals and modern tweaks. It keeps the original story and turn-based combat intact while smoothing out the experience for today’s players.

Additionally, three titles are receiving tier upgrades which include: South of Midnight, The Alters, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
