EA FC 26 continues the series' tradition of adding new skill moves. These are moves you can use to get out of tricky situations and outperform your opponents, especially in a one-on-one situation.

The types of skill moves you can perform also depend on your player's skill rating. These are reflected in the form of five stars below your player's name.

A player with three stars cannot perform as many tricks as a player with a five-star rating. That being said, here are the ten best skill moves in EA FC ranked.

10) Berba Spin

To perform a Berba Spin, you need a player with at least a three-star player. To perform it, you must keep sprinting and use the right stick in two steps, per an expert EA FC gamer's playthrough.

First, flick it in the direction you're sprinting, and then flick it up or down depending on which way you're looking to turn. This is a decent trick for players with lower ratings to make space at a 90-degree angle.

Keep in mind that if your player is at five stars, they'll perform the McGeady Spin instead since they have the same input.

9) Trickster Rainbow

This is a one-star skill move where you must press the RS back and then forward quickly. Trickster Rainbow can be useful if you get a little crowded by opponents.

However, players need good timing to perform it, which means its skill ceiling is somewhat higher if you want to execute it successfully. Overall, it's a good trick that forms the foundation of trickster-class skill moves in EA FC 26.

8) Lateral Heel to Heel

This is a fairly simple move which is best used inside the box. To perform this three-star move, you need to flick your right stick in opposite directions based on where you're facing.

For instance, to move the ball leftwards, flick the right stick to the left and then left. It's a simple move that can be very helpful inside the box. It's also easy to perform for newer players.

7) Drag Back

To perform the Drag Back, you need to use the L1 + R1 and then flick the left stick down. You can change this based on your direction.

This move allows you to run in a certain direction and suddenly pull the ball behind you to switch directions. It's a strong move to redirect yourself and find another way away from the opponents or make a pass.

6) Heel to Ball Roll

To perform this roll, hold your L1 and then flick your right stick down and up. It is perhaps one of the most effective four-star skill moves you can perform against AI opponents.

Your player character will be able to easily glide past the opponent's defenses using this skill move in EA FC 26. It's best to perform it near the goalpost and can be especially useful inside the box.

5) Drag to Heel

The Drag to Heel skill move in EA FC 26 adds movement to the Drag Back move. To perform it, you'll need a four-star skill rating player.

To do it, hold L1, then flick the right stick down, then right or left depending on where you're looking to exit. Using this allows fluid movement while easily dodging defending opponents.

It's where you pull the football behind you and then turn to take it away in the desired direction.

4) Rainbow Flick

The Rainbow Flick is one of the easiest four-star tricks to learn. To use it, you hold your L1 in the desired direction and then flick the right stick up and down or right and left based on where you're facing.

Doing this will essentially send the ball over your opponent's head. It's best to do it to get entry into the box and then score a goal with a simple kick.

It's easy, simple, and has a relatively low skill ceiling for newer players. Overall, a highly effective skill move in EA FC 26.

3) Stepover

To do this simple two-star move, roll your right stick forward and then left or right. Your player will step over the ball and then turn around to redirect it.

Perfect for shorter distances, especially near the goalpost, the Stepover is a classic EA FC 26 skill move. It only takes a two-star player and delivers a decent trick to beat the opponents.

2) Ball Roll

Yet another two-star move, all you need to do to execute Ball Roll is move your right stick in a certain direction and then hold it. It's one of the simplest skill moves in EA FC 26.

It lets you pass the ball safely, redirect your player's body, create space quickly, and more depending on how you use it. Despite its simplicity, it provides great utility and the opportunity to create space.

1) McGeady Spin

Perhaps the best skill move in EA FC 26, the McGeady Spin requires five stars. To perform, hold the left stick in your desired direction and then flick the right stick up and down or right and left.

However, to perform this trick, the player must be jogging and not sprinting. Otherwise, you'll end up performing the Berba spin instead.

The McGeady Spin is more efficient and allows easy space-making, especially in tight corners. It can be used in many situations, making it a versatile move that's easy to learn as well.
