New free updates are arriving soon. The developers are refining key scenes involving Kliff to give more structure to his story based on player feedback. The updates will also expand content for Damiane and Oongka to provide a more balanced experience.
Re-Blockade gameplay and rewards are also changing, with the game making it more rewarding to liberate strongholds. New combat challenges let players prove themselves as true Greymanes.
Quality of Life Improvements are also expected, with gameplay items like farming, trading, and other elements. Cross-save support is also in development according to the developers which will let players sync progress across platforms.
Pearl Abyss Aggressive In Crimson Desert Support
Crimson Desert has become a success, more than what the gaming industry expected, selling over 5 million copies already according to The Washington Post.
The studio plans to maintain momentum through a consistent schedule of new content.
Since launch, Crimson Desert has received difficulty settings, Re-Blockades, new companions, and boss rematches. Pearl Abyss has also fixed UI-related bugs, adjusted boss balance, and improved inventory limitations based on player feedback.
The Crimson Desert Team highlighted, "We will continue moving forward to make every moment in Pywel special for all players, and we hope you are excited as we are for the journey ahead."
With the new DLC coming up, Pearl Abyss is also using its experience with Black Desert Online and treating Crimson Desert similarly by pushing as much content as possible so as to keep the game fresh for the fanbase.
