Here are five titles among them that stand out from different categories:
Kiln (Multiplayer Action)
Kiln is a first-party game from Xbox and is coming directly as a day-one release on Game Pass. This title is all about sculpting pottery that becomes your in-game character. Not only that, the shape of that sculpture also affects combat stats and play styles. Players face each other in online arenas where they fight using their crafted creations.
Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard (Roguelike Deckbuilder)
This game is built upon the formula of Vampire Survivors and turns it into a turn-based card system. Players can multiply effects and create long combo chains by stacking cards in sequence. Leveling up, unlocking new cards, and building stronger decks are the ways for progression. Still, Dungeon exploration remains the core.
Tides of Tomorrow (Narrative Adventure)
This adventurous title is set in a flooded world. Here, player actions are influenced by others. Players follow decisions made by other players, thanks to the "Story-Link" feature. The game focuses on factions, survival, and spreading diseases threatening the planet.
Sudden Strike 5 (Real-Time Strategy)
Sudden Strike 5 is about large-scale World War II battles with 300 units, including tanks and infantry. There are 25 missions in the campaign, set across European and North African battlefields. Players have to manage positioning, unit composition, and battlefield tactics rather than base-building.
Causal Loop (Puzzle / Sci-Fi Narrative)
In Causal Loop, players interact with the recorded version of themselves. The features include time-loop mechanics, where the core is about three "echoes" to solve puzzles simultaneously. The story follows an exo-archaeologist trapped after activating an alien device that fractures time.
