Kai Cenat Joins the Cast of Major Horror Parody Movie Series

Kai Cenat's long-awaited move to the big screen appears to be happening. A leaked trailer for a long-running horror-parody franchise reportedly features the streaming superstar in a cameo.
If the leaked Scary Movie 6 trailer is to be believed, Kai Cenat is set to make his big-screen debut. Cenat has a cameo and only appears for a few seconds in the trailer, but that was enough to get fans talking.
The leaked video shows Kai Cenat in his streaming room with a group of people, including someone dressed as Ghostface and Scary Movie veteran Marlon Wayans, saying, "We back," before breaking into laughter.
Scary Movie 6 will be a legacy sequel to Scary Movie 4 and is set to release on June 12 this year, bringing back all the OG Scary Movie cast members.
Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Shawn Wayans, Jon Abrahams, Lochlyn Monroe, and Dave Sheridon, reprising their respective roles. While Cenat is appearing in such a fan-favorite franchise, it's still unclear whether he's trying to make a hard pivot to Hollywood.
Will Kai Cenat return to streaming?
Kai Cenat has been on a break from live-streaming for five months now, but lately, the internet has been buzzing with news of his return with a final stream.
Fanum, a member of Kai's live streaming team, AMP, said in one of his streams that he intended to start a 24-hour live stream with all the members of the group, and Cenat liked the idea and wrote back:
"Set up a night, and I'll play," followed by "hop on Fall Guys."
Cenat, who became one of the top content creators on social media, owes much of his success to his iconic live streams. But he has been on a hiatus since September 30, 2025, after streaming his third 'Mafiathon' marathon.
The reason for stepping back was his focus on his mental health and his fashion label Vivet. Surprisingly, his channel remains one of the most popular on the internet despite the streaming hiatus.
Another content creator, YourRAGE, suggested during one of his streams that Kai Cenat's absence from live streams is due to his move towards a career in Hollywood.
