Four classic Xbox titles now available on PC with enhanced graphics and Game Pass support

Xbox has officially expanded its backwards compatibility program to PC. Thanks to this feature, players will finally be able to play OG Xbox games like Fuzion Frenzy on their Windows PC for the very first time.

Starting from July 22, 2026, PC players will be able to jump into classics like BLiNX: The Time Sweeper, Conker: Live and Reloaded, Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, and Fuzion Frenzy.

All four games are available for purchase on the PC and included in all Xbox Game Pass plans. There are a few benefits to playing them on a modern PC.

"Players can customize graphics settings, including up to 4x resolution upscaling, VSync support, Fullscreen and Windowed display modes, anisotropic filtering, enhanced anti-aliasing, and more." Read the Xbox Wire post by VP Jason Ronald.

"These games also include customizable language and audio settings."

Graphical enhancements aside, original gameplay will be preserved. Additionally, Cloud Saves and Play Anywhere will also be enabled on PC.

The post by Ronald also promised to add more games in the near future. More importantly, the Xbox VP teased one of the console's most popular features. Later in 2026, PC players will be able to enjoy Xbox achievements on select games.

This includes the four games mentioned earlier. Achievements will roll out in the coming months for these games.

The move comes amid Xbox's bid to restructure and improve its standing among fans after new CEO Asha Sharma took office. It also highlights the gaming giant's efforts to preserve its legacy.
